Deadline for the filing of final written submissions from interveners: 15 February 2024

Further to Broadcasting Notice of Consultation 2023-138, the Commission announces that it will accept until 15 February 2024 final written submissions by parties that have intervened in this proceeding.
Final written submissions should not exceed 15 pages. These documents must only address comments made during the oral phase and responses to requests for information, and must not introduce new evidence. The Commission will not take into consideration information and comments dealing with any other matters.
Additional information in the form of responses to Commission requests for information, if not already on the public record for this proceeding, will be added to the public record as such information becomes available. The Commission encourages parties to monitor the public record and the Commission’s website for additional information that they may find useful when preparing their final written submissions.
All responses to requests for information are posted on the Commission’s website under the link “Responses to requests for information”. All final written submissions will be posted under the link “Final written submissions”.
