For your convenience, we have attached the letter, posted on the Commission’s website, identifying parties that are eligible to sign the NDA.  If you reach out to any of these parties, we suggest that prior to discussing any confidential information that you first confirm whether in fact they have signed the NDA.

As for your questions to Bell Canada, we note that the answers to some of the questions are already on the record of the proceeding and have previously been upheld as confidential.  We note that other questions do not pertain to matters to be determined in this process and that the information sought by the remaining questions is not necessary for the purpose of assessing Bell Canada’s application.   Accordingly, we consider that it is neither necessary nor appropriate to address your requests for information to Bell Canada.
