RE: Telecom Notice of Consultation CRTC 2019-57, Review of mobile wireless services – process letter regarding requests for disclosure of confidential information filed in undertakings
Dear Madams, Sirs:
As you will recall, the filing date for undertakings given at the public hearing in February was originally set for 10 March 2020. However, some undertakings were not filed on time by certain parties. In a staff letter dated 19 March 2020, parties were directed to file outstanding undertakings by 14 April 2020. Further responses have now been received.
The purpose of this letter is to establish a process for disclosure requests regarding undertaking responses. In this regard, parties may file requests for disclosure of information filed in confidence in response to undertakings given at the February public hearing by no later than 30 April 2020, copying the party or parties subject to the disclosure request. Replies to any such disclosure requests, including requests made prior to the issuance of this letter,Footnote1 must be filed by 7 May 2020.
