RE: Review of mobile wireless services, Telecom Notice of Consultation CRTC 2019-57 –Filing of undertakings given at public hearing
Dear Madams, Sirs,
During the oral hearing conducted as part of the proceeding initiated by TNOC 2019-57, the Commission directed various parties to file responses to undertakings by 10 March 2020.
Many parties have now done so and these responses are publically accessible through the Commission’s website, to the extent that they have not been designated as confidential.
In certain cases, however, it appears as though parties have not provided complete responses to all undertakings made.
Parties with outstanding undertaking responses are to file these by no later than 14 April 2020.
Commission staff may follow-up, as required, with individual parties to ensure that fulsome responses are provided.
