Re: Quality of Service - Request for Information regarding major telecommunications disruptions in the North – Request for Extension
Dear Mr. Thompson:
Commission staff is in receipt of Northwestel Inc.’s (Northwestel’s) letter dated 26 August 2019 requesting to extend, to 30 August 2019, the response date to the Commission’s request for information of 15 August 2019 regarding major telecommunication disruptions in the North.
In its letter, Northwestel indicated that it is unable to file its responses by 26 August 2019 and it requires additional time to compile the data requested.
In the circumstances, Northwestel’s request for extension is accepted. Therefore, Commission staff grants Northwestel until 30 August 2019 to provide comprehensive answers, including rationale and any supporting information, to the request for information questions.
Sincerely,
