Corrections

  1. The Commission is making corrections to Follow-up to Telecom Orders 2016-396 and 2016-448 – Final rates for aggregated wholesale high-speed access services, Telecom Order CRTC 2019-288, 15 August 2019. For ease of reference, the relevant text of the original order is reproduced in its entirety below, with the corrections highlighted in bold italics.
  2. The Commission is modifying the table in Appendix 1 for TELUS Communications Inc.’s (TCI) final banded access rates as shown below:

  1. The Commission is also making a correction to paragraph 331, which should read as follows:

    331. In light of the above, the Commission determines that the final rates for aggregated wholesale HSA services should apply retroactively as of 31 March 2016 for Bell Canada, Bell MTS, Cogeco, Eastlink, RCCI, SaskTel, TCI, and Videotron.
