RE:  Bruce Telecom Tariff Notices No. 155 and 155/A – SIP Trunking Service

Dear Sir:

On 14 October 2016, the Commission received an application from Bruce Telecom, under Tariff Notice 155 (TN 155), in which the company proposed to modify its General Tariff (CRTC 25340) to introduce Section 925 – SIP Trunking Service. The application was amended in TN 155/A filed 6 December 2016.

On 26 April 2018, Bruce Telecom filed a letter requesting to withdraw the above-noted applications from consideration by the Commission. The company stated that, due to a staff retirement, the file had been misplaced and subsequently not dealt with.

In the circumstance, Bruce Telecom`s request to withdraw its application is acceptable. Accordingly this file is closed.

Sincerely,

Original signed by
