CKRN-DT – Revocation of licence

RNC MEDIA Inc. has requested the revocation of itsbroadcasting licence for the French-language conventional television programming undertaking CKRN-DT Rouyn-Noranda, Quebec and its transmitters CKRN-TV-2 Ville-Marie, CKRN-TV-3 Fabre, CJDG-DT Val d’Or, CJDG-TV-2 Lebel-sur-Quévillon, CJDG-TV-3 Joutel, CJDG-TV-4 Matagami, renewed in Administrative renewals, Broadcasting Decision CRTC 2016-7, 12 January 2016.
Given the licensee’s request and pursuant to section 9(1)(e) of the Broadcasting Act, the Commission revokes the broadcasting licence issued to RNC MEDIA Inc. for the above-mentioned undertaking.
