RE:  Bruce Telecom Tariff Notice 156, 156/A (Ex parte)

Dear Ms. Hughes:

On 26 October 2016, the Commission received an application from Bruce Telecom, under Tariff Notice 156 (TN 156) - amended by Tariff Notice 156/A (TN 156/A), submitted on 16 December 2016 - in which the company proposed to revise Section 110 of its General Tariff (CRTC 25340), as well as to make some housekeeping changes.
Commission staff is continuing its analysis of the application.

Consequently, this application will not be disposed of on the 45th business day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to issue a final decision within 90 calendar days of the date of the initial application.
