RE:  Bruce Telecom Tariff Notice 155, 155/A – SIP Trunking Service

Dear Ms. Hughes:

On 14 October 2016, the Commission received an application from Bruce Telecom, under Tariff Notice 155 (TN 155) - amended by Tariff Notice 155/A (TN 155/A), submitted on 6 December 2016 - in which the company proposed to modify its General Tariff (CRTC 25340) to introduce Section 925 – SIP Trunking Service.

Commission staff is continuing its analysis of the application.

Consequently, this application was not disposed of on the 45th business day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to issue a final decision within 90 calendar days of the date of the initial application.
