Re: Telecom Notice of Consultation 2016-293 – Wireless Code Review - Request for extension of time to file responses to requests for information and replies
Dear Sir or Madam:
On 20 October 2016, the Commission received a procedural request from Rogers Communications Canada Inc. to extend the deadline to file responses to requests for information to 9 November 2016 and for replies to 21 November 2016.
The Commission issued today an amendment to the Telecom Notice of Consultation (Telecom Notice of Consultation 2016-293-2Footnote 1 ) granting a partial extension and announcing that all interveners have until 4 November 2016 to submit their responses to requests for information, if applicable, and until 16 November 2016 to file their replies.
A copy of this letter and all related correspondence will be added to the public record of the proceeding.
