RE: Bell Canada Tariff Notice 7480: Request for extension to provide comments on Rogers Communications Partnership’s (Rogers) intervention
Dear Mr. Gauvin:
On 5 April 2016 Commission staff requested Bell Canada to file reply comments by 11 April 2016 to Roger’s Communications Partnership’s (Rogers) intervention on TN 7480 dated 10 December 2015.
By letter dated 8 April 2016, Bell Canada requested an extension to provide reply comments on Rogers’ intervention from 11 April 2016 to 20 April 2016 due to work load constraints.
In light of the above, Bell Canada may file reply comments to Rogers’s intervention, no later than 20 April 2016. Where a document is to be filed or served by a specific date the document must be received, not merely sent. Copies of the document should also be sent to nat.natraj@crtc.gc.ca
