Dear Mr. Kirk,

This letter is in reference to the Part 1 application submitted by Durham Radio Inc. (DRI) for a technical amendment for CJKX-FM-2. In order to pursue the analysis of the above noted application, please address the following:

Response to Opposing Intervention

In DRI’s response letter dated July 23rd 2015, you proposed to make a change to the technical information in your Application for a Technical Amendment.  Specifically, you proposed to change the Maximum Effective Radiated power from 1000 Watts to 800 Watts. Given this change, please provide us with the following updated information:

1. Please provide three years of financial projections (revenues and expenses), with and without approval of the proposed amendment.
2. Indicate to which of the communities the station's principle marketing activities will be directed
3. Provide quantitative estimates of the population within the service contours, as well as an estimate of the population within the area to which the station's principal marketing activities are/will be directed.

4. Describe the target audience in terms of its size and composition
5. Please provide a revised table as requested in section 4.1 of the application form.
6. Please provide revised maps as per Appendix B of the application form.
7. Please provide a proof of filing of your revised parameters with Industry Canada as per appendix A of the application form.

8. Please provide  updated Application sections 7.2  and 7.3

Appendix

9. Please provide any updated versions of the Appendix, documents, maps or Supplementary Brief you may deem necessary to complete the updated record.
10. Furthermore, please revise the technical information chart below with the amended required information.

Deadline for Response

The information requested herein should be received at the Commission by no later than 4 March 2016, failing which, your application may be returned to be completed and resubmitted with the Commission should you wish to pursue this proposal.
