Review of wholesale wireline services and associated policies
Correction
- In Review of wholesale wireline services and associated policies, Telecom Regulatory Policy CRTC 2015-326, 22 July 2015 (Telecom Regulatory Policy 2015-326), the Commission’s determinations included, among other things, that the rates for a number of wholesale services are to be frozen at existing levels.Footnote 1 A list of services subject to that decision was provided in the Appendix to that decision.
- More specifically, in the Appendix under the heading “Legacy aggregated wholesale high-speed access services,” the Commission noted that the freezing of rates applies to monthly access rates and charges for service speeds provided over non-fibre-to-the-node (FTTN) digital subscriber line (DSL) technologies.
- In the above-referenced section of the Appendix to Telecom Regulatory Policy 2015-326, the Commission inadvertently omitted a reference to item 7.9 – High-Speed Access Service of Télébec, Limited Partnership’s (Télébec) General Tariff. Accordingly, the Commission hereby corrects the Appendix to Telecom Regulatory Policy 2015-326 by adding the appropriate reference to Télébec’s item 7.9. A copy of the corrected Appendix is attached (change highlighted in bold italics).
