Re: Fees for Paper bills
Dear Sir or Madam:
As per our letter from 06 August 2014, we have invited your participation in a one-day meeting on 28 August 2014 in which we have charged you, the Canadian communications industry, to come up with a clear and predictable approach to paper bill fees. The agenda is attached.
We request that you come prepared to discuss the consumer issues related to paper bill fees and to work towards a comprehensive approach that resolves the issues. To assist you in preparing for the meeting, the Results of the fact-finding exercise on fees for paper bills is attached as a separate document.
As indicated in our previous letter, in the event you are unable to personally attend the meeting on August 28, it is expected that your delegate will have full authority to make decisions and commitments on behalf of your organization. We ask that each company limit the number of attendees to two, you or your delegate plus one other individual if required.
If you have not already done so, please confirm your attendee(s) at the meeting to Kristin White, Vice-chairmen’s office, at 819-997-4644 or kristin.white@crtc.gc.ca by 21 August 2014.
We look forward to the discussion on 28 August 2014.
Yours sincerely,
