Further to Broadcasting Notices of Consultation 2013-568 and 2013-568-1, the Commission announces the following:
On 21 November 2013, the Commission published an Exemption order for low-power radio stations that provide programming from houses of worship (see Broadcasting Order 2013-621). Given that the following application concerns a station that is eligible for an exemption pursuant to the aforementioned order, the following item is withdrawn from this hearing. The Commission has closed the file on this application.
