Re: Accessibility of Telecommunications and Broadcasting Services, Regulatory Policy CRTC 2009-430

Dear Ms. Griffin-Muir:

On 26 July 2012 MTS Inc. and Allstream Inc. (collectively, MTS Allstream) filed responses to interrogatories posed by Commission staff in a letter dated 25 May 2012 pertaining to the use, cost and rates of IP Relay and TTY Relay. While MTS Allstream has provided responses to the interrogatories, further clarification is required:

  1. Confirm if the response to question 5 (MTS Allstream(CRTC)25May12-5 MRS) includes the cost of providing relay services as per wholesale arrangements listed in the response to question 3 (MTS Allstream(CRTC)25May12-3 MRS). Indicate where the aforementioned costs are reflected.

Responses to these questions should be submitted no later than 7 September 2012. Please contact Kay Saicheua (kay.saicheua@crtc.gc.ca) at (819) 934-1358 should you have any questions in regard to this letter.

Yours sincerely,
