RE: Follow-up to Northwestel Inc. – Review of regulatory framework, Telecom Regulatory Policy 2011-771 – Northwestel Modernization Plan
On 3 July 2011, pursuant to the directives set out in paragraphs 40 and 41 of Telecom Regulatory Policy 2011-7711, Northwestel Inc. filed its proposed Modernization Plan with the Commission.
In Telecom Regulatory Policy 2011-771, the Commission stated that it would initiate a process to provide parties the opportunity to comment on the plan. The Commission will notify parties of the process as soon as possible.
