RE: Globalive Wireless Management Corp. (WIND Mobile) Access Service Tariff Notice 1

Dear Mr. Antecol:

On 14 February 2012, the Commission received an application by Globalive Wireless Management Corp. (WIND Mobile) under Tariff Notice 1, in which Wind Mobile proposed to introduce its Access Services Tariff. The company has indicated that its application is a Group B retail tariff filing.

In its application, WIND Mobile noted that it had modified certain items of the Access Services Model Tariff to reflect the Commission’s decisions in Network interconnection for voice services, Telecom Regulatory Policy 2012-24, 19 January 2012. In light of the fact that the proposed revisions are intended to reflect changes in the obligations that a wireless carrier must meet to qualify as a Type II competitive local exchange carrier, Commission staff is continuing its analysis of these revisions.

Consequently, this application will not be disposed of on the 45th calendar day following receipt. The Commission intends to dispose of this application, along with all associated subsequent revisions, by the end of June 2012.

Yours sincerely,
