Re: Review of regulatory framework for the small incumbent local exchange carriers and related matters, Telecom Notice of Consultation CRTC 2011-348-3 – Change to the date to file responses to interrogatories
Pursuant to the revised procedure set out in Review of regulatory framework for the small incumbent local exchange carriers and related matters, Telecom Notice of Consultation CRTC 2011-348-3, 21 December 2011, the small incumbent local exchange carriers (small ILECs) are to file, by 22 February 2012, proposals with respect to the issues identified in that Notice of Consultation.
In light of the revised filing date for these proposals, responses to the interrogatories issued by Commission staff on 28 November 2011 are to be filed on 22 February 2012. Responses are to be received, and not merely sent, by this date.
