Renaming of HDNet as ASX TV on the list of non-Canadian programming services authorized for distribution – Correction
1. In Renaming of HDNet as ASX TV on the list of non-Canadian programming services authorized for distribution, Broadcasting Regulatory Policy CRTC 2012-357, 29 June 2012, (Broadcasting Regulatory Policy 2012-357) the Commission noted that it was amending the list of non-Canadian programming services authorized for distribution (the list) to reflect the name change of the non-Canadian service HDNet to ASX TV.
2. However, the Commission erroneously identified the service as “ASX TV” when the name of the service should have read “AXS TV.” The Commission hereby corrects Broadcasting Regulatory Policy 2012-357 by changing the name of the service so that it reads “AXS TV.” The revised list is available on the Commission’s website at www.crtc.gc.ca under “Broadcasting Sector.”
