Dear Mr. Yeulett:
The Commission is in receipt of Northwestel's letter of 18 September 2011 in which the company requested an additional 10 minutes to make its oral hearing presentation in Phase I of the above-noted proceeding. In light of the considerations outlined in its letter, Northwestel's request has been granted. Accordingly, Northwestel will have a total of 30 minutes to make its oral presentation.
