Non-consensus report BPRE075a regarding fulfillment of Type III and IV CLEC Obligations
Dear Sir/Madam
In Telecom Decision 2011-92 dated 11 February 2011, the Commission, among other items, directed all Local Exchange Carriers (LECs) that maintain websites to post their approved access tariffs on their respective websites. Commission staff notes that a number of Competitive LECs have yet to comply with this directive.
Commission staff reminds these companies of their obligation to comply with this directive, and that each of these companies is to post their access tariffs on their website as soon as possible and by no later than 23 September 2011. Further, the companies are to respond to this letter, confirming that they have complied with the directive and specifying the appropriate links used to locate their access tariffs on their respective websites.
