Re: Review of billing practices for wholesale residential high-speed access services, Telecom Notice of Consultation CRTC 2011-77 - Undertakings Arising from Public Hearing
The Commission has received a letter from MTS Allstream Inc. (MTS Allstream), dated
20 July 2011, requesting that the undertakings of all parties to the proceeding be filed by
27 July 2011. MTS Allstream submitted that this would ensure that parties can review the full record of the proceeding prior to the filing of final arguments, due on 29 July 2011.
In the circumstances, all parties are to file their undertakings with the Commission, serving copies on all other parties, by 27 July 2011. These undertakings are to be received, and not merely sent, by this date.
