Dear Mr. Yeulett:
In Review of price cap framework for Northwestel Inc. and related matters, Telecom Notice of Consultation CRTC 2011-302-1, 22 June 2011, the Commission required Northwestel Inc. (Northwestel) to notify subscribers of various aspects of its proposal which was filed on 13 June 2011.
On 7 July 2011, the Commission received Northwestel’s proposed notification of subscribers. Commission staff considers that the proposed notification is acceptable.
