Attachment

Interrogatories for Bell companies

1. Refer to table 3 of Attachment 1 to the response to The Companies(CRTC)13Jun11-1.  For the 7 Mbps speed, for each of the years 2011 to 2015, provide the details of the calculation of the GB demand estimates.  The response should identify the end-user demand, the GB per end-user, the associated growth rates, and how this information was used to arrive at the GB demand estimates.

2. In Attachment 1 to the response to The Companies(CRTC)13Jun11-1, the Bell companies provided their estimate of the cost per GB per month for the
7 Mbps speed assuming the entire forecast of GB usage and usage growth per end-user over the five year study period.

In Attachment 2 to the response to The Companies(CRTC)20Apr11-1, the Bell companies provided their estimate of the cost per GB per month for the
7 Mbps speed assuming 1 GB per end-user over the five year study period.

Explain why the cost per GB per month for the 7 Mbps speed assuming the entire forecast of GB usage and usage growth per end-user over the study period is higher than the cost per GB per month for the 7 Mbps speed assuming 1 GB per end-user over the study period.  The response should also identify all of the CIFs and PIFs used for both cost per GB estimates.
