Re: Follow-up process established in Review of the large incumbent local exchange carriers’ support structure service rates, Telecom Decision 2010-900
By letter dated 10 February 2011, Bell Aliant Regional Communications, Limited Partnership, Bell Canada and Télébec Société en commandite (the Bell companies) requested that the dates for submission of comments and reply comments with regards to revised service pole rates in the above-referenced proceeding be amended to 3 March 2011 and
14 March 2011.[1]
The Bell companies indicated that they have encountered difficulties in completing their internal assessment regarding service pole rates in one of their territories, and that they expect to complete this assessment by the end of the month. They requested the extension to avoid introducing new evidence beyond the comment stage.
Commission staff considers the Bell companies’ request is reasonable.
Accordingly, the dates for submission of comments and reply comments regarding the issue of revised service pole rates are amended to 3 March 2011 and 14 March 2011, respectively.
