CFTF-TV Rivière-du-Loup – Licence amendment – Correction

1.      In CJPC-TV Rimouski – Licence amendment, Broadcasting Decision CRTC 2011-237, 8 April 2011, the Commission inadvertently indicated that it was amending the broadcasting licence of the CJPC-TV Rimouski transmitter when it should have amended that of the French-language conventional television programming undertaking CFTF-TV Rivière-du-Loup. Accordingly, the Commission replaces the title of the aforementioned broadcasting decision by the following title:

CFTF-TV Rivière-du-Loup – Licence amendment, Broadcasting Decision CRTC 2011-237, 8 April 2011.

2.      In addition, the Commission replaces paragraph 1 of that decision with the following paragraph:

1. The Commission approves the application by Télévision MBS inc. to amend the broadcasting licence for the French-language conventional television programming undertaking CFTF-TV Rivière-du-Loup in order to add a post-transition digital transmitter to serve the population of Rimouski.

Secretary General

*This decision is to be appended to the licence.
