Re: Part VII application by Axia SuperNet Ltd. to review and vary Telecom Decision 2010-639
On 20 October 2010, Axia SuperNet Ltd. (Axia) filed an application requesting that the Commission review and vary Telecom Decision 2010-639[1] that required
TELUS Communications Company to use SuperNet transport to serve deferral account communities where it is least cost. Axia requested a stay of this aspect of Telecom
Decision 2010-639 pending the Commission’s determination of the application and that the Commission deal with the request for a stay on an expedited basis.
It is considered more appropriate to deal with the request for a review and vary and the stay on an expedited basis. Therefore, both matters will be considered together under the above reference number.
Accordingly, parties may submit comments to the Commission by 12 November 2010, serving copies on all other parties to Telecom Public Notice CRTC 2006-15.
Axia may submit reply comments to the Commission by 19 November 2010, serving copies on all other parties to Telecom Public Notice CRTC 2006-15.
Submissions must be received, not merely sent, by the dates indicated.
