Re: Bulk Porting of Telephone Numbers Acquired by Distributel / CTI - Interrogatory
Commission staff has received a letter, dated 30 April 2010, from Goodmans LLP on behalf of Comwave Telecom Inc., requesting an extension to the filing date for the interrogatory issued to the parties in this proceeding on 30 April 2010. An extension to 14 May 2010 was requested, as the company president would be out of the country during the week of 3 May 2010.
On 30 April 2010, a letter was also received from Fasken Martineau DuMoulin LLP, on behalf of Distributel Communications Limited (Distributel) opposing the request for a filing extension on the basis that Distributel is incurring additional ongoing expenses until this matter is resolved.
Commission staff having considered the arguments presented deem that it would be appropriate to extend the interrogatory filing date to the close of business on 11 May 2010.
Where a document is to be filed or served by a specific date, the document must be actually received, not merely sent, by that date.
Sincerely,
