Dear Mr. Roy:
On 28 October 2009, the Commission received a letter from IVIC Télécom s.e.n.c. asking it to postpone the deadline for submitting its comments on the above-noted file to
18 November 2009, in accordance with the timelines established in Telecom Circular
CRTC 2007-13 for submissions regarding local forbearance applications.
The request for postponement has been approved. Interested parties will have until
18 November 2009 to file their reply comments, and Télébec, Société en commandite, will have until 30 November 2009 to file its reply comments.
Where a document is to be filed by a specific date, the document must be actually received, and not merely sent by that date.
