RE:     Tariff Notices 679 and 680 – Voice and Feature Bundle Services

The Commission received applications by MTS Allstream Ltd, under cover of Tariff Notices 679 and 680, in which the company proposed modifications to its Residential Voice and Feature Bundle Services. The company identified these TNs as Group B retail filings.

By letters dated 29 July 2009, MTS Allstream requested the withdrawal of these applications because business conditions associated with these services had changed.

MTS Allstream’s request to withdraw these applications is acceptable.

Yours sincerely,
