Further to its Broadcasting Notice of Consultation CRTC 2009-477, the Commission announces the following (the changes are in bold): |

Aiyansh, Alkali Lake, Anahim Lake, Bella Coola, Canyon City, Cheslatta, Dog Creek, Fort Babine, Greenville, Ingenkia, Kitwanga, Klemtu, McLeod Lake, Metlakatla, Moricetown, Nemaiah Valley, New Bella Bella, Port Simpson, Redstone Flat, Skidegate, Tachie and Toosey Indian Reserve, British Columbia |

Application by Northern Native Broadcasting (Terrace, B.C.) to amend the broadcasting licence for the English- and Aboriginal-language Native Type B radio programming undertaking CFNR-FM Terrace. |

The licensee proposes to add several rebroadcasting transmitters to its licence. These rebroadcasting transmitters, located throughout northern British Columbia, are all currently in operation. |

The Commission notes that the transmitters at Kitwancool and Masset are already associated with the licence of CFNR-FM Terrace. The following paragraphs are therefore withdrawn. |
The transmitter at Kitwancool would operate on frequency 96.1 MHz (channel 241LP) with an ERP of 6.4 watts (non-directional antenna with an effective height of the antenna above average terrain of -117.3 metres). |

The transmitter at Masset would operate on frequency 96.1 MHz (channel 241LP) with an ERP of 6.4 watts (non-directional antenna with an effective height of the antenna above average terrain of 23.2 metres). |

The Commission adds, for consideration, the following paragraphs to this Notice of Consultation. |
The transmitter at Moricetown would operate on frequency 95.1 MHz (channel 236LP) with an ERP of 8 watts (non-directional antenna with an effective height of the antenna above average terrain of 14 metres). |

The transmitter at Cheslatta would operate on frequency 95.1 MHz (channel 236LP) with an ERP of 10 watts (non-directional antenna with an effective height of the antenna above average terrain of 14 metres). |
