Extension of the deadlines for interventions/comments and for replies
Revised Hearing date
  Further to its Broadcasting Notices of Public Hearing CRTC 2008-13 dated
17 October 2008, CRTC 2008-13-1 dated 24 October 2008 and CRTC 2008-13-2 dated 17 November 2008, the Commission announces the following (the changes are in bold):
 

[Broadcasting intervention/comments form]

1. The deadline for submission of interventions/comments has been extended to 8 December 2008 given that the deadline of interventions/comments in the newspaper advertising inadvertently stated 8 December 2008.
2. The replies from applicants for the interventions/comments received at the Commission from 14 November to 8 December 2008 must be filed at the Commission by no later than 11 December 2008.
3. The hearing will now be held on Tuesday, 16 December 2008 at 8:00 a.m.. The Commission intends to consider the applications scheduled at this hearing, subject to interventions, without the appearance of the parties.
