Application by Mayhem Media Corp. (Mayhem) (the applicant), for authority to acquire the assets of the digital category 2 specialty service undertaking known as The Fight Network, from The Fight Network Inc. |

The applicant is also requesting a licence to continue the operation of the undertaking upon surrender of the licence issued to name of licensee. |
|
The proposed transaction is the result of a corporate reorganization initiated by Mayhem under section 65 of the Ontario Personal Property Security Act whereby The Fight Network Inc. and its holding corporation will wind-up into Mayhem. |
|
The proposed transaction will not affect the ultimate control of the undertaking which will continue to be jointly exercised by Loudon Owen and Edwin Nordholm. |

The Commission advises those who file and serve by electronic mode to exercise caution when using e-mail for service of documents or notification, as it may be difficult to establish that service has occurred. |

Before initiating service through electronic mode, please ensure that you will be able to satisfy the Commission, upon request, that service of the notification was completed. |
