MuchMoreMusic - Licence amendment

1. The Commission approves the application by CTVglobemedia Inc., on behalf of its subsidiary 4358350 Canada Inc., to amend the broadcasting licence for the English-language specialty television programming undertaking known as MuchMoreMusic by changing the definition of broadcast week. The licensee proposed to use the same definition that currently applies to MuchMusic: "broadcast week" means seven consecutive days beginning on Friday.
2. The licensee stated that this amendment would allow for increased scheduling flexibility and would reduce the administrative burden of scheduling programming for MuchMusic and MuchMoreMusic based on two different definitions of broadcast week.
3. The Commission did not receive any interventions in connection with this application.
4. Accordingly, the new definition shall read as follows:

"broadcast week" means seven consecutive days beginning on Friday.
