Regional pay television programming undertaking - Licence amendments - Correction

1.

The Commission hereby corrects the French-language version of Regional pay television programming undertaking - Licence amendments, Broadcasting Decision CRTC 2008-165, 8 August 2008, by replacing the second condition of licence in paragraph 20 with the following:

La titulaire doit s'assurer que les émissions issues des sous-catégories 7c) et 7d) constitueront au moins 67 % de toute la programmation canadienne diffusée au cours de la semaine de radiodiffusion.
