Extension of deadline for comments

1.

In Broadcasting Public Notice 2007-139, the Commission called for comments on ways to streamline the determination of the allocation of the value of the transaction in changes in the effective control of a broadcasting undertaking.

2.

The new deadline for comments is 31 January 2008.
