Mr. Allen Mercier Dear Mr. Mercier, RE: Tariff Notice 356 - residential, business and other services On 22 October 2007 , the Commission received an application by Telebec Société en Commandite, under the cover of Tariff Notice 356, in which the company proposed tariff increases for the recovery of the revenue shortfall in its deferral account. Commission staff will be requesting additional information. Consequently, the Commission will not be able to render a decision within 10 business days of the date of receipt of the application.
