Dear Mr. Palmer:

Re: Request to Withdraw Bell Canada Tariff Notice 6834

This is further to Bell Canada's letter to the Commission, dated 2 February 2007, requesting the withdrawal of Customer Specific Arrangement contract number P3-156 filed under Tariff Notice 6834. Bell Canada indicated that the arrangement with the customer no longer involves a special assembly, and now only consists of tariffed services.

Based on a review of the contract and supporting documentation, Bell Canada's withdrawal application is accepted.

Yours sincerely,

‘Original signed by D. Rhéaume'
