Erratum

1.

The Commission is issuing corrections to Appendices 2 and 3 of TELUS Communications Company - Application for forbearance from the regulation of business local exchange services, Telecom Decision CRTC 2007-92, 27 September 2007.

2.

The Commission notes that General Tariff item 210, IP Evolution, was incorrectly listed in Appendix 3 to that Decision as a service eligible for forbearance from regulation. Since this service combines the Centrex platform with Internet Protocol (IP) capabilities, it should have been listed in Appendix 2 as a service that was out of the scope of the proceeding. The Commission is issuing revised versions of Appendices 2 and 3 to Telecom Decision 2007-92.
