The Commission hereby corrects the summary and paragraph 7 of Broadcasting Decision 2007-318.


The summary is replaced by the following:

The Commission approves the application by CanWest MediaWorks Inc. for the use of channel 44C in Calgary, and to temporarily change the authorized contours of CHCA-TV Red Deer's transmitter CHCA-TV-1 Calgary.


Further, paragraph 7 of Broadcasting Decision 2007-318 is deleted, since Broadcasting Decision 2007-168 specifies the date by which the Calgary transmitter must be operational.
