Further to its Broadcasting Notices of Public Hearing CRTC 2006-2 and 2006-2-1 dated 19 and 27 January 2006 and 2006-2-2 and 2006-2-3 dated 10 and 14 February 2006 relating to a Public Hearing which will be held on 20 March 2006 at 9:30 a.m., at the Convention Centre, 1000 René-Lévesque Boulevard East, Québec, Quebec, the Commission announces the following:

(the limited partner), carrying on business as Jim Pattison Broadcast Group Limited Partnership (collectively the Pattison Group), further to the Third Amendment Certificate of Limited Partnership, pursuant to Section 51 of the Partnership Act, (R.S.B.C. 1996 (the ''Act'')) on 30 January 2006.
