  Further to its Broadcasting Notice of Public Hearing CRTC 2006-11 dated 19 October 2006 relating to a Public Hearing which will be held on 18 December 2006 at 9:00  a.m., at the Commission Headquarters, 1 Promenade du Portage, Gatineau, Quebec, the Commission announces the following :
  THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE AMENDED AND THE CHANGES ARE IN BOLD.
  CORRECTION TO ITEM 3
  Application by TVA Group Inc., for a licence to operate a national French-language Category 2 pay programming undertaking to be known as Première Loge.

  CORRECTION TO ITEM 8

  CORRECTION TO ITEM 12
  Application by S. S. TV Inc. for a licence to operate an English-language AM commercial (ethnic) radio programming undertaking in Brampton.
  This application was first scheduled to be heard at a public hearing on 11 September 2006 (Notice of Public Hearing CRTC 2006-7, 13 July 2006) but was withdrawn upon receipt of interventions.
  The Commission will consider the interventions already received, accepted and filed on the public file for the 11 September 2006 hearing as well as other interventions received in the context of this Public Hearing.
  In addition, item 12 is technically mutually exclusive with item 15 proposing the use of the frequency 1650 kHz.
  CORRECTION TO ITEM 15
  Application by Neeti P. Ray, on behalf of a corporation to be incorporated, for a licence to operate a primarily third-language ethnic commercial AM radio programming undertaking in Mississauga.
  In addition, item 15 is technically mutually exclusive with item 12 proposing the use of the frequency 1650 kHz.
