  Further to its Broadcasting Notices of Public Hearing CRTC 2006-10 dated 14 September 2006 and CRTC 2006-10-1 dated 8 November 2006 relating to a Public Hearing which was held on 14 November 2006 at 9:00 a.m., at the Commission Headquarters, 1 Promenade du Portage, Gatineau, Quebec, the Commission announces the following:
  THE FOLLOWING ITEM IS WITHDRAWN FROM THIS PUBLIC HEARING AND THE APPLICATION WILL BE RETURNED TO THE APPLICANT WHICH IS NOW EXEMPT FROM REGULATION AS STATED IN CRTC BROADCASTING PUBLIC NOTICE 2006-143 - EXEMPTION ORDER RESPECTING CERTAIN NETWORK OPERATIONS.
