  Further to its Broadcasting Notice of Public Hearing CRTC 2006-10 dated 14 September 2006 relating to a Public Hearing which will be held on 14 November 2006 at 9:00 a.m., at the Commission Headquarters, 1 Promenade du Portage, Gatineau, Quebec, the Commission announces the following:
  THE FOLLOWING ITEM IS WITHDRAWN FROM THE PUBLIC HEARING SINCE THE COMISSION HAS NOT BEEN ADVISED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF INDUSTRY THAT THE APPLICATION IS TECHNICALLY ACCEPTABLE.
