Subject:   Request to withdraw TELUS Communications Company Tariff Notice Nos. 92 and 92A

The Commission is in receipt of TELUS Communications Company letter dated 12 July 2006 requesting the withdrawal of Tariff Notice Nos. 92 and 92A which proposed a customer specific Carrier WAN Services tariff under CRTC 21463, item 215.  

TCC's proposal to withdraw this application is accepted.
