Dear Sir/Madam:

Re: Revised date for filing reply comments in the above proceeding

In paragraph 60 of Public Notice 2006-4, parties were requested to file reply comments by 23 May 2006 .

This letter is to inform parties that the date for filing reply comments has been extended to provide adequate time to review responses to written requests for further information made of the parties that appeared at the public consultation.   Accordingly, parties may file reply comments with the Commission, serving a copy on all other parties, by 6 June 2006 either via e-mail at:  procedure@crtc.gc.ca or by fax at (819) 994-0218.   Any such reply comments must be received, and not merely sent, by the date indicated.
