Radiocommunication distribution undertakings - Licence renewal

1.

The Commission renews the broadcasting licence for the radiocommunication distribution undertakings serving Katinniq (Raglan Mine), authorized to rebroadcast the programming of CITE-FM Montréal, Quebec (VF2348) and CFFB Iqaluit, Nunavut (VF2402), and for the radiocommunication distribution undertaking serving Kilometre 38 (VF2403), authorized to rebroadcast the programming of CITE-FM, from 1 September 2006 to 31 August 2013.

The Commission did not receive any interventions in connection with this application.

The licence will be issued to the General Foreman of Technical and Surfaces Services of Raglan Quebec Mines Ltd., authorizing Bérard Tapp in his capacity as the said General Foreman of Technical and Surfaces Services, and any subsequent person1 occupying that position, to operate the aforementioned undertakings.

In accordance with Implementation of an employment equity policy, Public Notice CRTC 1992-59, 1 September 1992, the Commission encourages the licensee to consider employment equity issues in its hiring practices and in all other aspects of its management of human resources.
