Erratum

1.

In Use of frequency 107.3 MHz by the new FM radio station in Tillsonburg, Broadcasting Decision CRTC 2006-357, 11 August 2006 (Decision 2006-357), the Commission should have taken into account Tillsonburg Broadcasting Company Limited's (TBCL) earlier request for the revocation of the broadcasting licence for CKOT Tillsonburg. TBCL made that request in its previous application (no. 2004-1290-9) to convert CKOT from the AM band to the FM band, which was approved in part in CKOT Tillsonburg - Conversion to FM band, Broadcasting Decision CRTC 2005-432, 25 August 2005.

2.

The Commission hereby adds the following paragraph to Decision 2006-357:

16. Given the licensee's request, the Commission revokes, pursuant to sections 9(1)(e) and 24(1) of the Broadcasting Act, the broadcasting licence issued to Tillsonburg Broadcasting Company Limited for the AM station CKOT Tillsonburg, upon commencement of operation of the new FM station and AM transmitter approved in this decision.
